If you applied as an external applicant:

2. Sign in to access your account using your username and password.
3. View your notifications.
4. In the notifications list select the 'Job Offer' link.
5. Review the offer details and follow the instructions to accept or reject the job offer.

If you applied as an internal applicant through OneUSG:

1. Navigate to OneUSG and sign in to access your account.
2. Select the Recruiting Self Service tile.
3. Select the Apply for Jobs tile.
4. View your notifications.
5. In the notifications list select the 'Job Offer' link.
6. Review the offer details and follow the instructions to accept or reject the job offer.

• You should have received an email from Accurate (customer_service@accurate.com) to the email address provided on your application. If you are unable to locate the request in your email, check your spam folder.
• Complete and submit the background investigation request.

• You should have received an email from donotreply@equifax.com with the subject line “Your 91ÁÔÆæ New Hire Documents are Ready”
• Select the link to complete the New Hire Packet

• You are required to present to HR acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorization within the first three days of employment.

Note: We recommend that you bring your documents before your start date. No copies are accepted; must be the original document.
