How Do I Log in to View and Enroll in Benefits?
To view your benefit options and enroll:
- Visit .
- Under "Manage My Benefits" click "Single Sign-On."
- Find the 91ÁÔÆæ logo and click on it.
- At the "Single Sign-On Portal" page, enter your network username and password (the username and password you use to sign into your computer on campus).
- Now you should be able to view your available benefits and make your choices.

When Do My Benefits Become Effective?
Effective Date
- Date of hire is first of month: Benefits become effective on date of hire.
- Date of hire not first of month: Benefits become effective on the first of the month following your date of hire.
Enrollment Deadline
You have 30 days from the date of hire to make elections. Failure to enroll in a timely manner will result in having to wait until a future annual open enrollment period to enroll.
Which Retirement Plan Can I Enroll In?
Hourly, Non-Exempt Position
You will automatically be enrolled in the Teacher's Retirement System (TRS).
Monthly, Exempt Position
You have 60 days from date of hire to choose between the Teacher's Retirement System (TRS) or the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP).
Failure to enroll in one of these two options in a timely manner will result in your retirement election defaulting to the Teacher's Retirement System (TRS).
