Ensure Accurate Delivery of Funds
- Make the check payable to 91ÁÔÆæ.
- If the check is made out to 91ÁÔÆæ and the student, the student must sign the back of the check.
- Put the student’s full name and 91ÁÔÆæ student ID on the memo line.
- Scholarships are automatically split in half between the fall and spring semesters unless otherwise stated in the scholarship letter.
- Return Policy
- Once the student notifies 91ÁÔÆæ that they are not attending, we will submit a check request to Accounts Payable to have the scholarship amount sent back to the donor.
- At the beginning of each semester, we will run a list of all private scholarships that have not paid out and will review each student account to see if they ever enrolled. If they did not, 91ÁÔÆæ will begin the check request process. For questions, contact Brooke Perry.
- In order for us to return the funds to a donor, the donor must be set up as a vendor with Accounts Payable. Because of this, a W9 may be requested from the donor before the check request can be processed. For questions, contact Crystal Abernathy.
