Pay Online Via Check or Credit Card

1. Log in to  and select  "Banner Student"
2. Select the four-square icon in the upper left corner and select "Banner"
3. Select “Student” 
4. Select “Student Account“ 
5. Select “Student Invoice” 
6. Select“Continue” to view your account information
7. You will be able to view your charges, estimated financial aid, term balance, and term balance including estimated financial aid.
8. Select “Make Payment” to pay online via web check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diner’s Club). 
   1. Web Checks are free
   2. Web Credit Card transactions incur a 2.95%* convenience fee based on the amount of the transaction ($3.00 minimum fee)

• If for some reason a student is eligible for a refund, the credit card used for payment that semester will be refunded up to the amount paid via the credit card with any excess over the credit card payment being disbursed to a student's refund preference with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.

Pay in Person

You may pay your student invoice in person. Please note that available payment methods vary by campus as shown in the chart below. Please include your Student ID# on any check or money order payments. In person services can be obtained on the Dahlonega and Gainesville campuses during regular business hours. We have secure payment kiosk stations available in Gainesville, Oconee, and Cumming where you can deposit checks and money orders (no cash payments).

Pay by Mail

You may pay your student invoice by mailing check or money order payments to the 91ÁÔÆæ Business Office. Do not send cash payments through the mail. Please make certain the check or money order is payable to "University of North Georgia" or "91ÁÔÆæ", and includes the full student name and student ID# on your payment. Mailed payments should be sent to this address:
