University Events

The Office of University Events provides leadership and expertise in the planning and execution of high-level institutional events, both on and off campus, sponsored by the president or other members of senior university leadership. Events may include academic ceremonies, social events, employee recognition celebrations, conferences, and high-level meetings.

Included under University Events is the Event Management System (EMS) for space reservations on all five of our 91ÁÔÆæ campuses. Audio Visual Event Services (AVES) is also housed within the Office of University Events and provide AV event services for university events requested through EMS.

This office also provides support for communication projects and correspondence for the Office of the President and the Division of Strategic Communications & Marketing.
