Only the Dahlonega Campus offers on-campus residential housing. Students enrolling on all other campuses can use the to learn more about rental and roommate options near those campuses.
There is a residential housing requirement on the Dahlonega campus for students that have not satisfied the minimum semester hour requirement with very limited exceptions. All full-time students accepted on the Dahlonega campus of 91ÁÔÆæ should carefully review the Residence Policy.
Dahlonega Residential Students (Non-Cadet)
If accepted as a residential student on the Dahlonega Campus, you must submit a housing application. Once your Confirmation of Acceptance form processes, the Office of Residence Life will email additional instructions via 91ÁÔÆæ Student Email. This email also signifies that you now have access to the Housing portal/application process. You are encouraged to start the process as soon as possible and monitor your 91ÁÔÆæ emails closely once you have started for further instructions.
Please note that even if you decide not to attend 91ÁÔÆæ, you are still responsible for the $150 housing application fee if you have already applied for housing. If you decide not to attend after choosing a bed and submitting the housing contract, you must submit a completed Housing Cancellation Request to the Office of Residence Life. Financial penalties may apply.
Cadet Housing Contract
Cadets will need to visit the Cadet Housing page to sign housing contracts.
Cadets who apply for housing will be charged a $150 one-time, nonrefundable housing application fee. After signing your Cadet Housing Contract, the Assistant Commandant will notify the business office to apply this fee to your student invoice within 7-10 business days and you may pay it with your tuition and fees.
