Appointments

If you are having an emergency, call 911. To make an appointment  or contact your preferred clinic.

Appointments: Student Health Services (SHS) utilizes an appointment system. While we try to accommodate all appointment requests, patient volume limits the number of appointments available each day. Please do not schedule annual physicals or ongoing women’s health complaints on the Patient Portal – call the SHS location of your choice to schedule an appointment.

Same Day Appointments: There is time each day reserved for same day appointments each day. These appointments are limited and are for acutely ill patients who need to be seen quickly. They are first-come, first-serve and fill early. If you believe you need a same day appointment, please call the SHS location you wish to be seen at.

Walk-in Appointments: We recommend you contact one of our SHS clinics, rather than walking in. Due to patient volume, we cannot guarantee we will be able to see you at the time you walk in.

Arriving Late: Patients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled.

No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Beginning August 1, 2024, the following will be charged a $20 No-Show/Late Cancellation fee:

  • Missing/No-Showing an appointment
  • Sick visits not cancelled at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time
  • Physicals not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time
