How to Log Service Hours in 91ÁÔÆæ Connect Video Transcript

Submitting Service Hours in 91ÁÔÆæ Connect:
- Log into your 91ÁÔÆæ Connect account and navigate to the home page
- Click on the left side menu, scroll down to “My Involvement.”
- Click Service Hours, then click “Add Service Hours”
How to fill out the Service Hours form:
- Choose the opportunity type, either “Experience” or “Event”
- If the hours were completed for a 91ÁÔÆæ Connect registered organization, select which organization you are completing them on behalf of. You must be a member of that organization for them to appear in your drop-down options.
- If the hours were completed with an organization this is not affiliated with the institution, then fill in the name or the organization.
- Enter the total number of service hours you completed.
- Choose the date the Service Hours were completed on.
- Attaching a photo of you completing your service opportunity is optional. However, it is highly encouraged to attach a photo.
- Select the 91ÁÔÆæ Connect group or fill out the name and email address of the organization contact who can verify the service hours that you are submitting.
Create/Edit Experience & Service Hours:
- Fill out the title of the experience and the role you held in it.
- Add a 1-3 sentence description of your service opportunity.
- Select one of six “Experience Type” options.
- Select the date(s) that the service was completed on. If the service went over multiple days, please select the start and finish dates on the calendar.
- “No” should be preselected next to the “paid” option. In order for Service Hours to count it must be an unpaid opportunity.
- In the bottom right corner, select the “Save” button.
