Ceremony begins. The Ceremony Marshal will guide delegates and stage party members in the processional. |

Shuttles will return guests from the Convocation Center to the Smith House and Holiday Inn Express as needed; guests who are staying should transition to the Drill Field for the Military Review. |
11:30 a.m. |
Corps of Cadets Military Review Observe a long-standing military tradition as 91ÁÔÆæ’s Corps of Cadets conducts a military review in honor of President Shannon’s investiture. Business attire is recommended. |

Shuttles will return guests from the Drill Field to the Smith House and Holiday Inn Express as needed. Shuttles will also transport guests to the Pine Valley Recreational Area for the picnic. |
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. |
Celebration Picnic Pine Valley is an outdoor recreation area adjacent to the Etowah River. We invite you to join the university community for food and music to celebrate President Shannon’s investiture. Guests may wish to change into casual attire for the picnic before boarding the shuttle for or driving to Pine Valley. |

For guests arriving Thursday and staying overnight at the Smith House or the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Dahlonega, shuttles will begin running Friday morning at 7:15 a.m. from those hotels to the 91ÁÔÆæ Convocation Center for the event. Shuttles will run continuously until 8:30 a.m. and return guests to the hotels following the Corps of Cadets Military Review.
Shuttles will also transport guests to and from the Pine Valley Recreational Area for the picnic. Parking will also be available at if you choose to drive.
If you are not staying overnight in advance of the investiture events or do not wish to ride the shuttle, please park adjacent to the (campus representatives and signs will direct you upon your arrival on Friday morning).
