High school seniors and other incoming freshmen can apply to the University of North Georgia (91ÁÔÆæ) for fall 2023 with no application fee for one more week. The waiver of the $40 application fee runs through March 31.

Students must apply through their account and use the code ungadmissions on page three of the application.

"This is a great opportunity for high school seniors and other incoming freshmen to take advantage of having their freshman admission application fee waived. For prospective Nighthawks seeking freshman admission for fall 2023, they must submit their admission application and supporting documentation in order to be reviewed for admission to the university," Christopher Bryan, director of undergraduate recruitment, said. "91ÁÔÆæ prides itself on being an open-access institution, and this initiative is just one way we are ensuring each student in our 30-county service region has access to a high-quality higher education."

The application fee for undergraduate students is being waived as part of the Georgia Student Finance Commission's (GSFC) Apply to College Initiative. This is the second round of application fee waivers offered this academic year, following Georgia Apply to College Month in November 2022. 91ÁÔÆæ is one of 43 institutions across the state participating in the initiative.
