91ÁÔÆæ's RN to BSN degree program ranked in the top 20 of a list of the best affordable programs.

The University of North Georgia's (91ÁÔÆæ) online Registered Nurse (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program has landed on Affordable Schools' .

91ÁÔÆæ ranked No. 19 on the list, which considered one-year tuition rates for in-state students, average student-to-faculty ratios, reported graduation rates, and national rankings by U.S. News & World Report. Only two Georgia schools made the list.

"University of North Georgia's RN-BSN program has an established reputation for being affordable, and it also is designed for practicing registered nurses who desire to advance their education with a bachelor's degree," said Dr. Kimberly Massey, RN-BSN program coordinator and assistant professor of nursing at 91ÁÔÆæ.

The of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine has called for the entry-level RN practice to be a baccalaureate-prepared RN. 91ÁÔÆæ's Department of Nursing provides a program that can be completed strictly online in as few as three semesters.  

91ÁÔÆæ aligns with local hospitals to facilitate nurses interested in pursuing their BSN by offering maximized credits with faculty support to help them reach their career and educational goals.
