The course material will cover topics such as the nature of leadership in multicultural and diverse settings, the importance of ethics, and the ethical decision-making frameworks that modern business contexts present to leaders.

Professionalism in Business

In order to enhance their group and interpersonal communication abilities as well as their professional business competence, students will take part in online courses, a professional workshop, and other learning exercises.

Learning activities include guest speakers, seminar participation, service learning, and corporate visits are intended to improve professional soft skills and job preparedness.

Financial Management

All MBA students will receive the necessary financial theory in this course, enabling them to take on leadership roles in their firms' financial decision-making processes. The fundamental theories of markets, risk, return, and value are covered throughout the course, along with how these theories relate to choices made in financial management.

Strategic Management in a Global Environment

This capstone course applies previously acquired MBA expertise to the increasing problems posed by globalization. Business strategy is depicted in the context of growing rivalry, changing political economies, shifting cultural dynamics, and global trade.

The course addresses the requirement that globalization be taken into account as a crucial component of a company's strategic focus, regardless of size. The student is exposed to global viewpoints on subjects including leadership, entrepreneurship, value chain integration, and ethics through special course content.
