How did you hear about your internship?
I learned about the Management Trainee Internship through a fellow 91ÁÔÆæ student who previously did it in the past and is now working there full-time post-grad! I also saw the job posting on LinkedIn and applied through LinkedIn as well.
What has been the most valuable (or favorite) part of the experience?
The Management Trainee internship was a great snapshot of what a real career after graduation is like. The program was a lot of hard work but was so rewarding in the end. It was so fulfilling to see that I could perform with the other Management Trainees competitively in the sales aspect, which definitely gave me a boost in confidence. The competitive environment also kept me motivated and ready to go each day! I also met wonderful people that I got to work with on a daily basis and had the opportunity to network with other Enterprise Holdings Professionals.
How will this help you in the future?
The Management Trainee internship will help me in the future by the sales experience that it gave me and the excellent customer service mindset that they offer. Enterprise Rent-A-Car also provided us with top of the line training that has prepped me in many different aspects of business and has given me confidence to go out and apply my skills in the modern business world.
