How did you hear about your internship?
I was referred to Veugeler Design Group by a friend who was also looking for an internship opportunity. She had already committed to two internships, but sent me the contact information of Erica, VDG’s art director, so that I could talk to them about possible agreeing to an internship. After completing a few test jobs, I got the spot!
What has been the most valuable (or favorite) part of the experience?
The team here at VDG has been my favorite part of this entire experience! They’ve really made
me feel at home and welcomed every single day that I’ve been here. I’ve developed friendships
and have been able to build connections while I work on jobs that I love to do!
How will this help you in the future?
Veugeler has offered me a full-time position after my graduation in the fall, so I’m incredibly excited to be able to continue to work with such an amazing crew of fun and creative people! Without this internship, this would’ve never been a possibility for me! This experience gave me my first taste of what a full-time job would look like, and I’ve very thankful!
